My entry in the festival this spring is a quilt I made for our granddaughter, Darla. I fell in love with the Meadow Friends fabric by Deb Strain for Moda Fabrics and knew I needed to make a baby quilt with it. Here's what I came up with!
I love this quilt. The only thing I would change is to use a different batting so you can't see through the back.
Lovely quilt and I love a scrappy binding. So cute!
ReplyDeleteAmazing quilt! I especially love the squiggly quilting. Not sure what the actual term for it is but I love it!
ReplyDeleteLove your quilt! The colors are so pretty too!
ReplyDeleteThis quilt is so pretty. I love the colors! Lucky little girl!
ReplyDeleteLovely! Try not to fret about the see-through batting - I bet it looks pretty cool held up to a window!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty quilt! So clean and fresh looking - like summer!
ReplyDeleteI love modern patterns!

ReplyDeletevery pretty. I wouldn't have noticed the back being see through except for when you said it.
ReplyDeleteVery sweet! In the photo the see through adds a sort of shimmer to the look. I hope it has that effect in person!
ReplyDeleteSo stinkin' cute! I especially love the scrappy binding. Sure to be a favorite of your Grandaughters for years to come. Smiles~Beth
